Named after the Māori word for “to be victorious”, TOA is the apex of the CHAPTER2 lineage—fusing the best elements of every frame that came before into a race-ready carbon platform without compromise.

Where Speed Meets Soul

Blending the performance DNA of the TERE with the versatility of the AO, TOA pushes beyond expectation. Every line and surface is meticulously sculpted for speed, balance, and rider connection. Its fully integrated design seamlessly blends the MANA bar with the aerodynamic Kamm-Tail frame geometry, making the cockpit visually clean and airflow-efficient.

But the TOA is more than fast lines. It’s built to withstand the power of victory:
• A T47 bottom bracket with an aluminum shell, reinforced by high-tensile Toray carbon, increases BB stiffness by 7.3% over the TERE.
• A latex mandrel construction in the entire front triangle enhances head tube stiffness by 23.5%, perfect for aggressive accelerations and high-speed confidence.
• Paired with seatstay and seatpost vibration damping, the ride remains smooth, controlled, and race-day responsive.

From start-line power to all-day poise, the TOA is engineered to dominate, but built to be ridden.
